What we do:

We are interested in a comprehensive analysis of complex molecular systems. Our approach is a preferably complete separation of the low and medium molecular constituents by comprehensive coupling different chromatographic, thermal, and mass spectrometric separation systems.

In the field of metabolomics we are doing metabolite fingerprinting and metabolite profiling to characterize biological systems. We are focused on a non-target analysis of these systems to find qualitative as well quantitative differences caused by outer (e.g. environmental) or inner (e.g. genetic) variances of/in the system.
